Seniors Count Utility Assistance

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must reside in City of Killeen and have an active water account

2. Must be at least 60 years of age at time of applying

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

Photo ID (of everyone living in the home)

Proof of Income (of everyone living in the home)

Proof of house payments and/or rent (if house is paid for, we can use taxes)

Utility bills

Out of pocket medical expenses

Home or car repair bills within the last 30 days

ONCE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS, PLEASE COME TO UTILITY COLLECTIONS LOCATED AT 210 W AVENUE C and see customer service to fill out the application and submit documents.
